These Terms and Conditions govern your use of anointedleaftea.com and purchases from Anointed Leaf Herbal Tea LLC.

1. About Anointed Leaf

Anointed Leaf Herbal Tea LLC offers handcrafted tea blends, loose-leaf tea, filled tea bags, bath teas, botanical refreshers, custom-blending experiences, private-event services, vendor-market participation, and related products or services.

Products, formats, prices, ingredients, availability, and services may change.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate ordering, billing, shipping, and contact information.

Because products are handcrafted and contain natural plant materials:

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without advance notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and total costs will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. We may cancel or decline an order because of:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Inventory shortages

• Shipping restrictions

• Website or system errors

If payment was completed for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation means we received your request. It does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

An order becomes accepted when we begin fulfillment or send shipment confirmation.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.

9. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by the separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damage claims, and cancellation requests are governed by the separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because tea and related products are consumable or personal-use goods, opened or used products are generally not returnable.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

11. Local Pickup

When local pickup is offered, customers must wait for confirmation before arriving.

Orders must be collected at the approved location and during the confirmed pickup window. Anointed Leaf does not operate a public retail storefront unless expressly stated on the website.

12. Botanical Refreshers

Prepared botanical refreshers may contain herbal tea, fruit, juice, coconut water, cane-sugar syrup, puree, spices, herbs, garnishes, and other ingredients described at the point of sale.

Refreshers may not be suitable for shipping and may only be available through local pickup, markets, pop-ups, delivery areas, or private events.

Menus and availability may change based on season, event conditions, and ingredient supply.

13. Private Events, Pop-Ups and Custom Services

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a service agreement.

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Availability is approved

• Service details are agreed upon

• Any required agreement is accepted

• The required deposit or payment is received

Private events, custom blends, vendor services, and special orders may have separate terms covering deposits, cancellations, guest counts, travel, setup, menu changes, weather, venue access, and refunds. Those written terms control if they conflict with these general Terms.

14. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards, discount codes, bundles, free-shipping offers, and promotions:

• May have stated expiration dates or restrictions

• Cannot usually be combined unless stated

• Have no cash value except where legally required

• May be canceled if obtained or used fraudulently

• Apply only to eligible products or services

When customer accounts are available, you are responsible for safeguarding your login information and activity under your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You own it or have permission to share it

• It does not violate another person’s rights

Do not submit private medical information in a public review.

We may remove content that violates these standards. We will request permission before using identifiable customer content in advertising when permission is required.

The Anointed Leaf name, logos, product names, original labels, website copy, product photographs, graphics, recipes, and other original materials belong to Anointed Leaf Herbal Tea LLC or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any recipe, branding, design, or intellectual property.
